- 4.5cl Cognac
- 1cl orange peel
- 1 hot chocolate cup
- 2 teaspoons fresh cream
Pour some hot chocolate in a cup. Squeeze the orange peel above the cup and leave it in the cup.
Royal Coffee

- Hot coffee
Pour some very hot coffee in a cup. Balance a spoon on a cup. Put a sugar on the spoon and water it with Cognac. Make it flambé and once the flame goes out, plunge the sugar into the coffee. Flambé some hot cognac in a ladle. Gently pour it into the cup. Add if you want a spoon of fresh cream.

¾ Cognac
Pour the Cognac slowly on the cream of blackcurrant to obtain two different layers.

-5cl Cognac
- 2cl cocoa cream
- 2cl fresh cream
Pour cream and Cognac into a shaker filled half with ice. Shake and serve.
America

- 2cl pineapple juice
- 1,5cl passion fruit juice
- 1 dash of fresh cream
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker filled half with ice. Shake and serve in a cocktail glass.
American Fizz
-4cl Cognac
-2cl Gin
- 3cl lemon juice
- 2 dashes of grenadine cordial
- soft drink
Pour all the ingredients except soft drink into a shaker filled half with ice. Shake and serve in a tumbler, and finally add soft drink.

- 1cl peach cream
- -1,5cl lemon juice
- 1cl orange juice
- Tonic
Pour all the ingredients except tonic into a shaker filled half with ice. Shake and serve in a whisky glass. Finally add Tonic.

- 1.5cl red Curaçao
- 1cl lime juice
-1cl blackcurrant cream
Pour all the ingredients except the Champagne into a shaker filled half with ice. Shake and serve in a tall Champagne glass. Finally add with the Champagne.

-2cl VSOP Cognac
-ice
- 6 to 8 cl sparkling water
Cognac Gingerale
- 2cl VS or VSOP Cognac
- 6 to 8cl gingerale
Cogna cfloater
- VSOP Cognac
- Soft drink
- Ice.
Pour the soft drink, then pour slowly the VSOP Cognac which should remain on the surface.

- 1 dash of strawberry cordial
- 3cl orange liquor
